My Urban Kalakukko Museum

My Urban Kalakukko Museum is an ethnographic documentary on the process of making a traditional pie in the urban state of mind of the European Union. During the baking, the film deals with issues of centre and periferia as well as it anthropologically observes the language politics of the hectic world.

The documentary follows the scientific frames of surrealistic anthropology in the spirit of reflexive anthropology. This way we are able to taste, touch and see a sort of sensoric montage.
